Changing the Participant, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• The name of the participant(s) can be updated or changed no later than 5 days before the event.

• If participation is cancelled at least 60 calendar days before the conference, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.

• If participation is cancelled at least 45 calendar days before the conference, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.

• If participation is cancelled 30 calendar days or less before the conference, the participation fee is non-refundable.
